Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center is hiring a Treatment Support Technician at our inpatient facility in Center Township, PA. This full-time role supports residents through overnight programming, helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment as they rest, reset, and heal.

You’ll assist with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation; monitor safety and daily living needs; and serve as a bridge between clients and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, FBI clearances, drug screen, TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• If in recovery, lived experience is welcomed (18+ months).

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Acting as a go-between for clients and clinical staff.
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Assisting during crises (with training and supervision).
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
