Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center in Washington, PA is seeking a PRN Treatment Support Technician for its inpatient program. You will be part of the treatment team, helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal.

The role involves overnight duties, monitoring residents, assisting with intakes and documentation, and coordinating with clinical staff. Prior recovery experience is welcomed; a high school diploma or GED is required, with required clearances

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to stay awake and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• Recovery experience (18+ months in recovery) welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitor safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Serve as liaison between clients and clinical staff.
• Assist with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Assist during crises with training and supervision.
• Transport clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Support recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
