Job summary

Gateway Rehabilitation Center in Ohioville, PA is seeking a full-time overnight Treatment Support Technician for the REST program. You’ll monitor residents, assist with crises, and help with intakes and paperwork in a structured treatment setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and clearances including PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI fingerprinting, with CPR/First Aid training. Equal opportunity employer, training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stay awake, alert and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Clearances and screenings (PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, FBI, drug screen, TB, CPR/First Aid).

Responsibilities

• Support clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitor safety, behavior and daily living needs.
• Act as liaison between clients and clinical staff.
• Assist with intakes, paperwork, assessments and documentation.
• Provide crisis assistance with supervision and training.
• Transport clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Support recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
