Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center in Mount Pleasant, PA, is seeking a PRN Treatment Support Technician to assist in an inpatient setting. You will help maintain a safe, recovery-focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal, and you will work closely with the treatment team.

The role involves overnight programming, safety monitoring, crisis support with supervision, and assisting with intake, paperwork, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitor safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Act as liaison between clients and clinical staff.
• Assist with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Assist during crises with training and supervision.
• Transport clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Support recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
