Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) in Youngwood, PA is hiring a Treatment Support Technician for our halfway house. This full-time role focuses on maintaining a safe, recovery-focused environment and supporting residents through overnight programming.

You will collaborate with the treatment team, assist with intakes, paperwork, and crisis response, and help transport clients to appointments. A high school diploma and willingness to obtain required clearances are required; a $1,000 sign-on bonus is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to obtain PA clearances, TB test, and CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Recovery experience is welcome (18+ months in recovery).

Responsibilities

• Support clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitor safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Act as a liaison between clients and clinical staff.
• Assist with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Provide crisis support with training and supervision.
• Transport clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Support recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
