Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a PRN Treatment Support Technician for our inpatient facility in Mount Pleasant, PA. You will support residents through overnight programming, monitor safety, and assist with daily living needs, acting as a bridge between clients and clinical staff.

This role emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and a recovery-focused environment. Training, supervision, and ongoing development are provided to help you grow while making a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2‑Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
• Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
• Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
• Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism
