Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center in Ohioville, PA is seeking a PRN Treatment Support Technician for our REST program. You will support residents through overnight programming, monitor safety and daily living needs, and serve as a bridge between clients and clinical staff.

This role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and recovery-focused routines while providing supervision, training, and a stable, purpose-driven work environment. Prioritizes safety and respectful care for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Acting as a go-between for clients and clinical staff.
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Assisting during crises with training and supervision.
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
