Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a full-time Technical Service Representative for our Equipment Support Team to deliver remote technical assistance, troubleshooting, and problem solving across North America.

You will interact with customers, delivery drivers, Sales, Engineering, and internal teams, ensuring safe, reliable operation of equipment and timely issue resolution. This is a night-shift role with up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and able to independently learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support to customers, delivery drivers, Sales, Engineering, and other internal departments.
• Support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of customer equipment and systems.
• Coordinate service requests and follow-up activities to ensure issues are driven through completion.
• Create and maintain clear, accurate documentation of customer and equipment issues within SAP and other systems.
