Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow strict safety protocols.
• Previous technical, mechanical, equipment maintenance, operations, or troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities across teams.
• Able to learn new technologies independently and adapt to changing processes.
• Flexible and reliable in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support to customers, drivers, Sales, Engineering, and internal teams.
• Support the safe, reliable operation of customer equipment and systems.
• Evaluate issues, determine urgency, and coordinate appropriate response.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues by phone using technical resources.
• Monitor and respond to alarms via the alarm monitoring platform.
• Document issues in SAP and other systems with clarity and detail.
• Coordinate service requests and ensure issues reach completion.
• Handle environmental incidents and other operational tasks.
