Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses in the designated area.
• Ensures customer needs, complaints and issues are resolved and develops action plans to correct deficiencies, improving the customer experience.
