Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and training associates and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, and controlling expenses to meet sales goals.
• Ensures customer service standards and resolves customer issues using the One Best Way service model.
• Promotes Open Door Policy and adheres to Walmart values and integrity guidelines.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and fosters a culture of belonging.
