Responsibilities
- Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback, and coaching.
- Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements and budgets.
- Ensure high customer service standards and resolve issues promptly.
- Establish action plans to improve operations, merchandising, and inventory flow.
- Recruit, hire, and develop hourly associates to meet staffing needs.
