Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• A Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and guiding associates and providing feedback.
• Ensures customer service excellence through Walmart One Best Way principles.
• Drives store performance by monitoring sales, expenses, and merchandising execution.
