This role emphasizes talent development, on-going feedback, and aligning store performance with corporate plans. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in retail or customer service, and a strong drive for inclusive

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
