Job summary

Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Training.
• Associates will be required to attend all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, OpenDoor trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening, and guiding associates.
• Ensure customer needs and complaints are resolved through service initiatives and feedback.
• Manage store area financials, budgets, and expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates, setting clear expectations and recognizing performance.
