Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and listening to associates.
• Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations and company direction.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL and managing budgeting and expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved and implement process improvements.
