Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend all required trainings (e.g., Academy/Open Door).
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; prior experience supervising 5+ direct reports with performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and feedback; driving store operations and customer service per OBW and company direction.
• Drive store financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, merchandising, inventory and shrink control to meet sales/profit goals.
• Provide supervision and development for hourly associates; recruit, train, and promote a belonging mindset in the workplace.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities with key stakeholders and promote continuous learning and improvement.
