Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Overnight Stocking Coach for the Columbus, OH area to lead and develop store teams during overnight shifts. You’ll teach training, communicate company direction, and drive the store’s performance through effective merchandising and customer service initiatives.

You will manage staffing, coaching, and feedback while upholding Walmart’s values and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This role emphasizes action plans, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred qualifications include Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, plus experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training and giving feedback to associates.
• Drive store performance by reviewing budgets, forecasts and expenses, and ensuring merchandising alignment.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promote a sense of belonging.
