Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• Preferred Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Drives the financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and mentors staff.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and fosters a culture of belonging and integrity.
