Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and coaching to improve store operations.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL/ budgeting and controlling expenses in the designated area.
• Oversee customer service initiatives and ensure high quality customer experience.
• Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates; set expectations and promote belonging.
• Coordinate relationships with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
