Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates must attend and complete required trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store teams through coaching, training and feedback.
• Drives store performance by reviewing budgets, forecasts and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer service excellence following Walmart standards.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
