Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a store leader to manage day-to-day operations across departments in our Cincinnati store. You will mentor staff, implement customer service strategies, and oversee staffing, training and performance to meet company standards.

You will drive sales, protect company assets, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment during peak hours. A strong background in retail leadership and retail operations is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates succession planning by developing career paths and promotions decisions.
• Strong understanding of P&L, sales goals, and shrink control.
