You will manage P&L, control shrink, and maintain store presentation while delivering sales growth. The role emphasizes safety, leadership development, and adherence to Meijer guidelines across all departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly to team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze financial information.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to achieve staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning and career paths for team members.
• Mentors and coaches team to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Maintains store appearance and product presentation to Meijer standards.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and maintaining shrink for the department.
• Ensures safety and Meijer Friendly Initiative is communicated in meetings and conversations.
