Job summary

Meijer in West Grand Rapids is seeking an Overnight Stocking Manager to lead team members, drive onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management, and ensure smooth store operations during overnight shifts.

You will manage scheduling, forecasting staffing needs, oversee budget items in the P&L, promote safety and compliance, and identify process improvements while upholding Meijer's inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
