Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboards, trains, and coaches team members for onboarding and development.
• Plans staffing and succession to maintain diverse talent pipeline.
• Conducts candid discussions to support growth within the organization.
• Oversees area operations and financial results, managing budget line items in the P&L.
• Drives safety and compliance and maintains store conditions.
• Leads guidance and assigns daily tasks for team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
