Job summary

Michaels Stores in Greenville, SC is hiring a Store Team Member to assist customers, stock shelves, and support a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will help customers locate products, participate in truck unloads, shipping and receiving, and ensure the store remains well-merchandised and in-stock.

A positive attitude and commitment to service are essential. Retail or customer service experience is preferred; must be able to stand long hours and lift/move merchandise as required and follow

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and cash handling.
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollment and promotions.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain in-stock, well-merchandised store with recovery processes.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; maintain safety and shrink programs.
• Cross-train in framing sales and production processes.
