In the absence of a manager, you lead the staff, oversee opening and closing procedures, and ensure smooth store operations while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise and direct store crew and communicate with management and staff.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price, stock, and present merchandise and seasonal displays.
