Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and intake guests with empathy and respect, trauma-informed approach.
• Oversee bed assignments, check-ins, and transitions during the night.
• Respond to crises with de-escalation and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to reflect dignity and respect.
• Document guest interactions and facility needs clearly for the team.
