Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in social services, including at least 1 year in management.
• Alternatively, 5 years in social services with at least 2 years of management.
• Experience managing shelter or residential programs and policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Southeast Grand Recovery Shelter.
• Supervise shelter staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop, implement, and uphold shelter policies and house rules.
• Collaborate with internal departments and community partners to meet participant needs.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and data reporting requirements.
• Provide rotational weekend Supervisor On-Call coverage and Severe Weather support.
• Participate in agency-wide meetings and continuous program improvement.
