The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field, strong supervisory experience, and crisis intervention expertise; CPR/First Aid is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university.
• Maintain active CPR and First Aid Certification.
• A minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• A minimum of two years of experience in crisis intervention, prevention, and risk management.
• Knowledge of low barrier shelter programming and the SPMI population.
• Understanding of mental health service delivery in a shelter setting.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations, data tracking, audits, and compliance for the 24/7 shelter.
• Provide bi-weekly supervision and performance reviews for staff.
• Coordinate referrals, waitlist management, and collaboration with partners.
• Participate in after-hours crisis response and site visits as needed.
