Qualifications

• Understanding of homelessness, chemical dependency, domestic violence and sexual assault.
• Ability to work independently and assess situations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shelter activities to ensure participant safety.
• Provide advocacy, information, and referral services.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facility.
• Perform crisis intervention and problem solving.
• Maintain logs and participant records.
• Coordinate with agency staff and attend meetings.
• Supervise participant chore assignments.
