Qualifications

• Strong communication skills needed.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build respectful, supportive relationships with guests while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Keep the shelter safe, clean, and running smoothly, including meals, laundry, and upkeep.
• Respond calmly and make sound decisions in tense or crisis situations.
• Model everyday life skills and encourage guests on their path forward.
• Support Hesed programs as needed.
