Aufgaben

• Set up space daily and ensure materials are in safe, operating condition.
• Greet incoming guests in a friendly, professional and respectful manner.
• Communicate warming center rules and enforce them as necessary.
• Respond to questions and concerns and refer complaints to the appropriate staff.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings.
• Follow procedures related to scheduling, staffing and shift reporting.
• Meet weekly with Supervisor for feedback and support.
• Maintain clean and orderly public areas and spaces.
• Address emergency situations and de-escalate as needed.
• Ensure security, safety, and confidentiality guidelines are followed.
• Log all relevant information daily and submit accurate timesheets.
• Greet, assist, and orient volunteers.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
