The Scott Carver Dakota CAP Agency seeks an Overnight Shelter Attendant for the Hopes Portage Shelter in Prior Lake, MN. This role covers overnight shifts from 10 pm to 8 am, 32 hours per week, providing support and redirection to families while maintaining a clean, orderly shelter environment.

You will build trusting professional relationships, safeguard client confidentiality, and help clients navigate homelessness challenges using a strength-based, trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications

• Experience working with households who are experiencing homelessness.
