Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One year of shelter environment work or work with homeless populations.
• Other: Ability to work overnight shifts; must be 18 years of age or older.
• Substitution: Equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Certifications: Driver's License valid for the class of vehicle to be driven.

Responsabilités

• Direct and lead the work of shelter wellness assistants by assigning duties, scheduling shifts, and providing work guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and events; monitor inventory of supplies.
• Ensure safety and security of residents and staff; resolve issues decisively.
• Coordinate and manage ordering, setup, and delivery of food to facilities; oversee custodial duties.
• Drive county-owned vehicles to transport residents to and from shelter facilities as assigned.
