Rad AI is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to lead complex, enterprise-scale incidents across Reporting, HL7/integration, and PACS environments. You'll own high-visibility issues, drive triage, and shape 24/7 support practices as the team scales, partnering with Engineering, Implementations, and Product to reduce outages and improve patient care.

Qualifications

6+ years in customer-facing technical roles in enterprise SaaS.
Healthcare IT depth with HL7 v2, interfaces, and PACS/RIS.
Strong debugging skills in Windows enterprise environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication with physicians and IT.
Experience mentoring support engineers and improving team performance.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior escalation point for complex multi-system issues across Reporting, HL7/integration, and Windows/PACS environments.
Own high-visibility incidents; lead response, coordinate with Engineering, & deliver RCAs.
Lead technical support for enterprise go-lives; conduct readiness reviews and hypercare.
Improve ticket quality and SLA attainment; design triage workflows and self-service tooling.
Create runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and mentor teammates.
