Rad AI is seeking a senior technical support leader in the United States to serve as the escalation point for complex reporting, HL7, and PACS issues. You will help triage, diagnose, and resolve critical cases across healthcare IT environments.

You will lead incident response, coordinate with Engineering, and deliver RCAs, while mentoring teammates and shaping proactive support workflows to improve reliability and speed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise SaaS support.
