Job summary

Rad AI in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer for swing shift (PST). You will be the top escalation point for large health system and radiology customers, owning multi-system issues across reporting, HL7 interfaces, speech recognition, and PACS/WINDOWS setups—through to root cause.

You will lead major incidents, support enterprise go-lives, and help improve support through triage standards, runbooks and tooling.

Qualifications

• Enterprise SaaS support with healthcare IT depth in HL7 messaging, interface engines and radiology workflows.
• Experience handling complex escalations and leading incidents in a hospital/healthcare IT setting.
• Clear, calm communication with physicians, IT admins and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-system problems across reporting, HL7 interfaces, speech recognition and PACS setups to root cause.
• Lead major incidents, support enterprise go lives and improve triage standards, runbooks and tooling.
• Collaborate with clinicians and IT leadership to design robust support processes.
