Rad AI is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join a fast-growing team supporting radiology systems and enterprise health networks. You’ll own complex issues across reporting, HL7 integration, and Windows/PACS environments, steering problems to root cause and guiding customers through resolutions.

The role requires 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles, healthcare IT experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles (support engineering, TAM, solutions/implementation)
• Healthcare IT depth with HL7 v2 messaging, interface engines, PACS/RIS/dictation workflows
• Proven ability to debug complex Windows enterprise apps, log analysis, VPN, SSO/identity issues

Responsabilités

• Serve as senior escalation point for multi-system issues across Reporting, HL7/integration, and Windows/PACS environments.
• Lead incident responses for P1/P2 events; coordinate with engineering on-call; deliver RCAs on time.
• Oversee enterprise go-lives readiness, hypercare, and handoff to steady-state support.
• Improve ticket quality and SLA attainment via triage standards and tooling design; identify volume drivers with product/engineering.
