Job summary

Allied Universal in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Shift Security Supervisor to oversee the delivery of security services on a single overnight shift. You will supervise officers, coordinate with site supervisor and account managers, and provide coaching and discipline within approved guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Valid driver’s license with driving experience and clean record.
• Intermediate computer skills for client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed and incidents are documented.
