Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a Corporate Office in Downtown Brooklyn. This full-time position operates on an overnight shift with Thursday–Sunday flexibility, demanding excellent customer service and strong communication with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must exhibit great customer service skills and interact with the public and client staff.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Maintain up-to-date written reports and logs.
• Ensure adherence to licensing requirements and safety policies.
