Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed for a financial institution in Bridgeport, CT. Overnight shift runs 11pm–7am Thursday to Sunday at a full-time schedule, paying $22.41 per hour.

The role oversees security for a high-profile facility, manages staff, and enforces post orders to protect people and property. Responsibilities include emergency notifications, directing subordinates, cross-training officers, and ensuring training compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; licensing per state/local laws may apply.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable security experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; follow post orders and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and oversee on-site training.
• Cross-train officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Maintain productivity and control costs; make security recommendations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and training for the shift.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Maintain overtime within limits set by Allied Universal.
• Inspect staff performance and service quality on shift.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
