Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Lieutenant to supervise Security Officers at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed and reports filed. The role oversees rounds, checks on performance, and coordinates with management.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience; 1-3 years of Security Supervisor experience preferred, with 1-2 years campus security experience optional. Wage is $25.00/hour, overnight Sunday-Thursday 2300-0700.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a Lieutenant of officers; ensures post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees and documents actions.
• Trains staff; reviews assignments and post orders with subordinates.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and prepares required reports.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
