Securitas is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in Houston to oversee security operations at a professional campus. You will supervise a small team of Security Officers, maintain schedules, and coordinate with the client to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and a background in security operations at an office or campus setting. Overnight shifts and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of security experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Overnight shift and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Security Officers.
• Create and adjust weekly officer schedules.
• Coordinate with client and ensure site security.
• Monitor access and verify visitors and vendors.
• Complete incident and daily activity reports.
