Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and utility customers while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of utility facilities, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned locations, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs for Allied Universal leadership.
