Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks an Overnight RN Supervisor for Connecticut, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, direct-hire, on-site. The role provides clinical oversight and leadership across nursing units, with accountability for resident safety and night-shift continuity.

Requirements include CT RN licensure and 2–3 years in SNF/LTC settings, plus overnight supervisory experience and EMR proficiency (PointClickCare). Comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut required.
• 2–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute settings.
• Experience as overnight supervisor or charge nurse preferred.
• Ability to exercise clinical autonomy and critical thinking.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Overnight clinical supervision across all units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Triage and respond to emergencies for night staff; decisive evaluations.
• Conduct nightly rounds for care delivery, infection control, med administration, safety.
• Manage late-night admissions/transfers and morning handoffs.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS.
