Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor to lead midnight clinical operations in a Connecticut facility. The role focuses on safe nursing practice, triage, and seamless night-to-morning transitions.

You will oversee night staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of patient safety while supporting the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift across units.

Qualifications

• Valid CT RN license, active and unrestricted.
• 2–3 years clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Overnight supervisor/charge nurse experience preferred.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Clinical Supervision across all units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, ensuring high standards of care.
• Triage & emergency response as primary clinical resource for night shift staff.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor nocturnal care delivery, infection control, med administration, safety compliance.
• Manage late-night admissions/transfers and handoffs to day leadership.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain a collaborative night shift.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS requirements.
