Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. in Connecticut is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor to lead night operations at a senior living facility. This 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM role focuses on clinical oversight, triage, and nightly administrative supervision to ensure resident safety and continuity of care.

The ideal candidate will have an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, and experience guiding night-shift teams while maintaining compliance with DPH and CMS.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute setting.
• Overnight supervisor/leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient with EMR systems (PointClickCare) for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight clinical operations 11 PM–7 AM.
• Provide triage and emergency response support for night staff.
• Conduct regular nocturnal rounds focusing on care delivery, infection control, medication administration and safety.
• Manage late-night admissions/transfers and morning shift handoffs.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to foster a collaborative night-shift environment.
• Ensure thorough EMR documentation in compliance with CT DPH and CMS.
