Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists guests with hotel information, local attractions, and hours of operation.
• Drives room revenue through upselling and monitors booking policies and availability.
• Follows security protocols and guest service recovery procedures.
• Balances all revenue sources, prepares financial reports, and closes the financial day.
