• Manage the night audit duties as manager-on-duty.
• Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and local information.
• Uphold proper cash handling and cost controls; use selling techniques to maximize room revenue.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow hotel policies and procedures.
